Clinical Comparative Study of Effect of Two Different Doses of Phenylephrine on Spinal Induced Hypotension during Cesarean Section

Background and Aims: During Cesarean section, hypotension occurs in the most of parturients, following spinal anesthesia. This prospective observational study was undertaken to determine efficacy two different Bolus Doses Phenylephrine for Prevention Spinal-Induced Hypotension during Section.
 Materials Methods: A total 120 parturients undergoing cesarean section were divided into groups group B with sixty each group. Group received phenylephrine 75 mcg IV bolus, while 100 immediately after giving For next 20 minutes, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic (DSP), mean arterial (MAP), heart rate (HR) recorded every 2 APGAR scores at 1 5 minutes recorded.
 Results: There no difference between terms preventing hypotension, 16.6% B. In first 2–6 however, rise higher than A. (46.66 %) had a bradycardia (25 %).
